How do I reserve a room?
To request a reservation simply fill out the “Contact us” form located in the right sidebar of each page. You will need to include the dates you wish to stay, the number of adults and children and your contact information.  We will  confirm availability and send instructions on how to pay!  Simple, easy, fast.

I want to pay for the tours now, when I request the reservation, why can’t I?
We must confirm availability for specific dates before you can pay. We would not want you to pay, not be able to go because there was no availability.  So we confirm all reservations with the operator and then ask you to pay for only when your dates are confirmed.

Are there any additional costs – taxes or service fees – I will have to add on to the tour price?
No, the prices shown include all applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise noted. The Royal Decameron is all inclusive and the rate includes food, beverages and most activities.  Some activities at the resort are not included in the price and require you to pay per use.

How quickly will you confirm my room?
We strive to respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Can I pay online for the reservation?
Yes, we offer a secure online e-commerce payment system which accepts Visa and MasterCard. Instructions on how to access our payment center will be sent to you after we check availability on your selections.

I don’t want to pay with a credit card, do you have other payment options?
Yes, if you are in Panama, you can make a ACH bank transfer or deposit cash directly into our bank account. You may also visit us at one of your office locations and pay in cash or via credit card.

If you are outside of Panama, you can wire transfer the funds to us. This option will incur additional fees which you will be responsible for.We will provide information necessary to use  these options when we confirm your request.

What if I need to cancel my reservation – can I get my money back?
You may read our Terms and Conditions which explain our refund policy. We suggest all clients purchase Travel and Trip Cancellation Insurance if they believe they may have to cancel their reservations.

 What is included in the prices or All-inclusive rates?
All Inclusive Features:

  • Unlimited Domestic and International Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
  • Daily Activities Program
  • Non–Motorized Water Sports (Windsurfing, Kayaking, Paddleboats, Snorkeling, and Sailing)
  • Introductory Scuba Diving Instruction in the Pool
  • Beach Towels at the Activities Center
  • Tennis Courts
  • Beach Volleyball
  • Nightly Entertainment (Children’s and Adult’s Shows)
  • Children’s Activities

What is not included?
Not included: Private reserve wines and liquors; spa and beauty products, treatments, and services; airport transfers; optional or outside tours and excursions; motorized water sports; scuba-diving courses and trips; incidental purchases; telephone, fax, and Internet access charges; laundry and dry cleaning; video and photo services; floral services; babysitting services. Airport taxes may or may not be included.

Are there Day Passes Available?
No, Day Passes are not available at this resort. Although you may pay a fee for a later check out which give you an extension on beach and pool privileges.
